We want you to love every Bonbodi treat—but if something’s not quite right, here’s how we can help.
Faulty items? You have 14 days.
We offer returns on faulty products only, within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
📝 How to Start a Return

Unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: Returns sent without contacting us first won’t be accepted.

Due to the nature of our skincare products, we cannot accept returns for:
